Take 4 kg of dates and put them in a pot. Put twice as much water and let this boil until half of the water is gone. Wait until cooled down. Squeeze through piece of cloth and add to this juice 0.33 litres of carob juice. Keep in the fridge. Drink one Turkish tea glass full every morning and evening.
